I'm Kathy. Two of my favorite activities are goating and quilting - hence my business name: "Old Goat Machine Quilting." The gentleman in the top picture is my hubby, Joe. He gets a lot of time on the quilting machine because we are pretty busy keeping up with the demand for finishing quilts. I made my first quilt when I was 17 years old. It has 12 hand embroidered blocks in shades of purple and it was all hand made. It hangs on the quilt tand at the foot of my bed. Now, many years later as times have changed, I have been quilting by machine. I started my quilting business in 2012. Since then I have quilted all sizes of quilts and shipped to all parts of the U.S. and a couple of quilts to England.
